4.1 Successful Transfers

Money transfer transactions that are successfully completed are non-refundable.

4.2 Failed, Reversed, or Cancelled Transfers

In case of failed or reversed transfers due to bank rejection, compliance checks, or technical errors, the amount will be refunded to the sender's original payment source after reconciliation.

Refund timelines may range from 7-15 working days, depending on banking channels.
