These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website, mobile application, and services provided by Subidha Fintech India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws of India.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.
The Company facilitates Indian and Nepali mobile recharge services through authorized third-party operators. Recharge success depends on telecom operator systems and availability.
The Company provides Indo-Nepal remittance services in compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML, and banking regulations. Transactions are subject to regulatory verification and bank approval.
Taxi booking services are provided through independent third-party service providers. The Company acts only as a facilitator and does not own or operate vehicles.
IT development services are governed by separate written agreements defining scope, timelines, pricing, and intellectual property ownership.
Users may be required to register using a mobile number, email address, and OTP verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by you. The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.
The Company may collect and store the following information:
KYC documents are collected strictly for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and may be shared with banks, regulators, or authorized partners when required by law.
Recharge transactions are processed on a best-effort basis. Incorrect details entered by the user may result in failed or misdirected recharges, for which the Company shall not be responsible.
Money transfer transactions may be delayed, reversed, blocked, or frozen due to compliance checks, bank processing issues, or regulatory requirements.
All applicable fees and charges are displayed before transaction confirmation. The Company reserves the right to revise fees at any time. Taxes such as GST shall be applied as per applicable law.
The Company does not control the conduct of drivers or quality of taxi services. Any disputes, accidents, or claims must be resolved directly with the service provider.
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and designs are the exclusive property of Subidha Fintech India Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, third-party failures, or force majeure events including network outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subidha Fintech India Private Limited from any claims or losses arising out of misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
